Title bar says it all
I had been facing some issues with my internet connection due to an erratic router. So I have been considering some alternatives for a long term solution. Going by the hoardings on the eastern express highway about the Xbroadband, decided to check them out. I was expecting a new ISP but it turned out to be an Exatt subsidiary. If they plan to avoid the ‘exatt’ name in the hoardings, why have it the website title?

Yup atul is right, plus they changed all the unlimited plans to limited. Broadband has become so much cheaper in india, however most of the ISP`s continue to have ridiculous packages. I am using exatt`s 512kbps account and they had disabled my account because of excceisve usage (on an unlimited account !!). I had to fight it out at their office , and they releneted. I neither have the time nor the money to sue these bas****.
Furthermore the local tie up partner doesnt give a flyin f*** to the consumers, exatt has placed one engineer (really dumb one) for 1000 users in this area, with faulty switches, junk lan cables, this is one big hellhole. I would advise anyone to NOT go for exatt under any circusmstances. There is no customer service/helpline/complaint number forget customer service.

Heck i was on sify for some couple of years now
just this month i got exatt a 126kb connection
1st of all i miscalculated the data cap of 10gb
as sufficient for me only later i realised that
it now way gonna help me out
so would be going back to sify
infact thinking about going to MTNL
anyways i was happy getting this exatt connection
seing the speed upto the mark would get some 15.5kBps
saw this speed for the initial 4 days
and it crept back to 12
i get the same speed in sify
as well as for the same price so
without a fucken 10gb limit atleast
(sify-150mb limit per day with 10-8am unlimited Dlaods)
so back to Sify next month OR a big OR MTNL
and lol someone said India the next IT superpower hope
yeah sure D00d with all those DATA CAPS we sure wil be a super power
lol

EXATT SUX … IT stopped its service in my area totally after SOME GEEK BROKE INTO THEIR ADMIN CONTROL ….. now they don’t want to serve in my area :)) :))
THEY DONT EVEN HAVE EXPERTS TO TACKLE THIS SIMPLE PROBLEM.
Exatt net is going doing to HELL.
TRY the MTNL night unlimited PLAN .. its cheap 590Rs+80RsModem Rental optional. 1gb day dl + unlimited dl at night 12:00 to 8:00am sppeds are 25 kBp to 30 kBps
