TRY the MTNL night unlimited PLAN .. its cheap 590Rs+80RsModem Rental optional. 1gb day dl + unlimited dl at night 12:00 to 8:00am sppeds are 25 kBp to 30 kBps

Broadband has become so much cheaper in india, however most of the ISP`s continue to have ridiculous packages. I am using exatt`s 512kbps account and they had disabled my account because of excceisve usage (on an unlimited account !!). I had to fight it out at their office , and they releneted. I neither have the time nor the money to sue these bas****. Furthermore the local tie up partner doesnt give a flyin f*** to the consumers, exatt has placed one engineer (really dumb one) for 1000 users in this area, with faulty switches, junk lan cables, this is one big hellhole. I would advise anyone to NOT go for exatt under any circusmstances. There is no customer service/helpline/complaint number forget customer service. DIE EXATT DIE!!!
