		<description>It has been possible to run sunbeams through meters for years.  In fact
it has been done for ages.  You just do conversion at some plant in the
desert, and ship the power to the customer entering through the meter.
The problem is that the solar power plant costs so much to build that
paying off the mortgage on it pushes the price of its power higher than
burning coal.
We might get solar power, but it will only come when people think more
realistically about it than that silly comment.</description>
