FIR from police in the region where you lost it. submit that with proof of residence and other documents to the Reliance WebWorld. After a couple of days, get a new Cellphone and then they will activate old number on new phone. sometime, they also create fuss and refuse to do it. In that case, go to some other webworld. Cheers.
